Written by Dorothy Spencer in 1936, the Spencer Plan is a highly structured, cooperative, domestic discipline agreement between husband and wife designed to promote and strengthen marital harmony and stability. Adapted for the Mominatrix series, The Spencer Plan is the starting point for this SexSkit where the Mominatrix punishes her selfish husband for once again coming home late and drunk from work.

The SexSkit opens in the morning in the kitchen where HUBBY announces that he will be going out with a few co-workers for a beer after work. MOMINATRIX asks him if he will be late, and he says that he will not. Sensing that this might not be the case, MOMINATRIX opens a kitchen drawer, and produces a once page contract for HUBBY to sign. HUBBY reads the contract, and notices that she has inserted under the heading “Causes” coming home late from work. HUBBY also reads that if he violates this contract, then he is subject to punishment in the form of a spanking by MOMINATRIX. HUBBY signs The Spencer Plan Agreement form and leaves for work. The day progresses and HUBBY does not call MOMINATRIX to tell her that he will be later that he expected to be. The night wears on, and MOMINATRIX retires to the bedroom and begins creating her dungeon once again, placing her newly purchased paddle on a small table beside her ‘throne’.

Shortly thereafter, she hears her husband come home from the bar. She quickly checks that all is in order in her ‘dungeon’, and then stands in the middle of the room in front of the bedroom door with her legs spread wide, holding The Spencer Plan Agreement form in her hand. HUBBY walks into the candlelit room, his eyes adjusting slowly to the dimness. HUBBY sees MOMINATRIX standing there, looking at him crossly. MOMINATRIX tells him he is late, and he must receive punishment. HUBBY walks into the room and approaches MOMINATRIX, pleading his excuse.

MOMINATRIX does not listen, and walks over to her ‘throne’ where she sits down. MOMINATRIX instructs HUBBY to pull his pants down and lie across her knee.

HUBBY resists, but MOMINATRIX holds up the signed Spencer Plan Agreement, and he complies. HUBBY lies across MOMINATRIX’s knee as she begins to dispense part of the prescribed discipline for his latest transgression. Once finished, MOMINATRIX has HUBBY standup from her lap and get down onto his knees on the floor. MOMINATRIX produces a new spanking element and gleefully shows it to HUBBY. MOMINATRIX makes a small show of displaying the new implement to HUBBY, and then has him stand up and turn around so that his bare buttocks are facing her. MOMINATRIX then proceeds to dispense the remainder of the punishment to HUBBY with the new implement until his buttocks are a rosy red color.
